Photo Journalist Dies
Wallace Gichere a phototjournalist who before the fateful accident 1991 had a bright fututre with Kenya Times has died. He will be remembered for his great will to seek justice for harm dealt onhim at the height of the country's dark years of the Moi Regime which destroyed innocent lives and careers of thos who dared to speak out against it or were associated with its opponents.
The media and human rights organisations supported him well making his case among the most highly publicised in the Moi era.HE died without winning the compensation that he sought from the state.
