Cardinal John Njue of Catholic Church in Kenya has said amnesty debate and other divisive arguments are undermining the quest for a new constitution within a year.
He said this in Nyeri at Our Lady of Consolata Cathedral during the farewell party hosted for him by the Catholic Men Association.
